Vodafone y Sony BMG presentaron hoy en el SIMO el primer sello discográfico digital en España: SV Music, que tiene como objetivo facilitar a los nuevos valores de la música su acceso al público mediante medios digitales fundamentalmente.El consejero delegado de Vodafone España, Francisco Román y el presidente de Sony BMG España, Carlos López, calificaron este acuerdo de encuentro de las dos compañías en torno a la misma idea de proteger los derechos de autor y de fomentar la utilización de las tecnologías en el mundo de la música.
Román explicó que en España el 78 por ciento de las descargas legales de música se hacen a través del teléfono móvil y que en este mercado Vodafone es el líder con el 60 por ciento.
El lanzamiento de este sello discográfico se llevará a cabo a través de un concurso de maquetas de música en el móvil en el que también participará la cadena 100.
A partir del próximo jueves 9 y hasta el 10 de diciembre, las promesas de la música podrán enviar sus maquetas, en formato MP3, a la dirección de Internet “wwww.concursodemaquetas.com” y un jurado de Sony y de cadena 100 elegirá las 30 finalistas.
Los usuarios de Vodafone life! podrán descargar todas las canciones que participen en el concurso de forma gratuita, y, tras la selección, habrá cinco rondas de votaciones en las que podrán participar con un coste de mensaje de 0,30 céntimos.
El ganador firmará un contrato con Sony BMG y Vodafone, con lo que estrenará el nuevo sello virtual SV Music y hará una gira por las cinco principales capitales españolas.
Vodafone ha creado una comunidad de música Backstage de Vodafone live! en la que los clientes podrán opinar sobre las maquetas.
Los portavoces explicaron en el encuentro informativo que, tras el concurso, los músicos podrán seguir enviando sus maquetas y los usuarios de Vodafone opinarán sobre su música, de forma que se promocionarán aquellos trabajos que prefieran los oyentes.
El proyecto se dará a conocer fundamentalmente a través de publicidad en Internet y contará con el apoyo de músicos conocidos como Pereza, Antonio Carmona o Bisbal.
