Google echa la casa por la ventana en su apuesta por Google TV
Chrome OS ya no parece ser la apuesta principal de Google. El gigante se ha resignado a que sea Android el sistema operativo presente en los tablets y aunque seguirá trabajando en ese sistema operativo no es su prioridad más inmediata.
Todo lo contrario está sucediendo con Google TV, la iniciativa impulsada por Google y con el apoyo de Sony y Logitech.
Una muestra del compromiso hacía Google TV son los regalos masivos que están recibiendo los desarrolladores de Google. 3.000 mandos a distancia Logitech fueron distribuidos durante el evento AdobeMax y otros 7.000 serán entregados a los desarrolladores de la comunidad Google Code.
Con estos regalos se intenta incentivar el desarrollo de aplicaciones para las televisiones que soportan esta tecnología y que son fabricadas por Sony.
